I am truly YOUR hometown agent! Growing up in Alvin, I am very familiar with Alvin and the surrounding cities. My wife and I have raised our FIVE boys in Alvin, and I am well connected in the area. I was a youth pastor in Alvin for many years, and I continue to have that strong desire to serve people. In 2014, I was named the Citizen of the Year by the Alvin-Manvel Area Chamber of Commerce. In the last few years, I served as the chair of the Youth Roundtable Committee for the Chamber. Currently, I am the chaplain for Alvin EMS, coach little league baseball, and I serve on the board of directors for the Alvin ISD Education Foundation, Alvin FFA Alumni and Supporters, and Brazoria County Alliance for Children. My Family
My Husband Jim, who retired as a Sgt. with the Houston Police Dept. after serving 27 years of honorable service. We have 3 children, James Jr. who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is now serving as Commander in the naval reserves while working as a pilot in the training division of Southwest Airlines. Our son Jarred is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Education. He teaches Geograpy and is a Baseball/Football coach in the Conroe ISD. Our daughter Maegan who graduated from Sam Houston State University is also a teacher and has recently completed her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. We are also the proud grandparents of 5 boys, one girl,4 grand dogs and our little Yorkie Poo Sophie.
we love to watch our grandchildren play sports and are Avid Astro fans.
