About John Daughenbaugh
My family and I lived in Houston's Inner Loop from 2014 to 2020. We bounced around from Pennsylvania and Florida before moving back to Katy in August 2023 and we couldn't be happier. As a realtor, it's my fiduciary duty and responsibility to inform clients the good and bad things that the Houston Greater area has to offer. Caveat: We love Houston, and I want others to love Houston as much as I do. So upfront disclosure is that I may be a little biased! With that said, I do not approach real estate as a salesman. I don't have or use a script when talking to people. I don't have a minimum budget I work with. I'm mindful to never put a client into a situation that is not in their best interests.
